CAVOS Chief OfficerGillian represents CAVOS at a strategic level, works closely with the Board of Directors to set the strategic direction and is the one who brings in the money! As well as delivering CAVOS training courses, Gillian also provides Development advice, guidance and support to the Sector.

Volunteer Centre ManagerSharon’s role is to manage all aspects of the Volunteer Centre and it's services. Each year, Sharon works with hundreds of volunteers and volunteer involving organisations to provide a brokerage service, advice, guidance, information and training on all aspects of volunteering.

Laura Agar Wilson
Development ManagerAs Manager of the Development Team, Laura’s role is to ensure effective delivery of the ‘CAVOS Support and Development Programme’. As well as managing and delivering all Development Team services, Laura delivers training, coordinates forums and manages development of new services

Information & Communications OfficerAs part of the CAVOS Development Team, Donna's role is to develop information materials for use in CAVOS services and to establish relevant communication links. Donna also provides development advice and support to the sector

Sally Brice
Administration OfficerSally's role is to provide a range of support to CAVOS' Big Lottery funded projects, deliver admin and other support to the organisation. Sally runs the CAVOS reception and is the friendly voice you hear when you ring our office!

Finance OfficerTracy’s role with CAVOS is to manage all finances and CAVOS accounts. A qualified and experienced accountant, Tracy works with CAVOS on a part-time basis.
